On the home page of the Discovery Catalog, you will see a main Search Bar, similar to many standard internet search engines. You can search for items using this search box, or you can use the Advanced Search option below the magnifying glass.
In the red bar above the search bar, you will find another option for Advanced Search and a link to the Course Reserves lists. Course Reserves is where you will go to look up the items on reserve in the library for your course. You will also see a dropdown menu of Resources, which includes a link to the library's homepage, a link back to this catalog homepage, the forms for Interlibrary Loaning (ILL) books and articles, a link to this user's guide, and a link to the master list of all research guides.
The home page is also where you can sign into your Library Account, using your Net ID and password. The Sign In option is in the upper right corner of the screen.
