Log in to your Mendeley account at http://www.mendeley.com and click the arrow next to your profile picture/name in the top right hand side of the screen, then select 'Privacy'
Limit your profile to "Followers" and check the "Only let people who I approve follow me" checkbox.
This will limit your profile only to those who you approve, if you approve no one then no one will see your profile.
