Finding a Journal

When looking for a publication to publish your research in, it is important to find a trustworthy source that has the appropriate scope and audience for your research. 

Suggestions:

  • Look at which journals publish articles in your department and/or subject
  • Ask your colleagues
  • Ask your library liaison
  • Search library databases for your topic and look at what journals are publishing those articles

  • Compare journals by measuring their impact
