The library offers a number of services for faculty to help you find and obtain information, answer your reference questions, and create resources to support your classes. The links for each of the services below can be found in the left side menu of the library homepage.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) - If the FDU libraries do not have access to a book or journal article you need for class or research, you can use ILL to request resources from other libraries. To use this service, fill out the appropriate ILL request form. Articles will be sent to your email so you can choose either library to make your request, while books will be delivered to the campus library location you select in the form.
Email an FDU Librarian - The Email an FDU Librarian service lets you contact our reference librarians should you need help with your research or have any other library related questions. When filling out the form you can reach out to any of the three FDU libraries.
Research Guides - The library can also create research guides to support your class - in fact, you're using one right now. Guides can be used in a variety of ways but are typically used to point students to appropriate resources and provide support for research projects, provide background information on databases, or information on particular topics. You can use the Email an FDU Librarian form to request more information about the Research Guides.
